The 60th Primetime Emmy Awards: The Good, The Bad and The Boring

The Good

Brooke Shields rocked one of the better looks of the evening...

although there are a few issues with the front.

Specifically the top looks like an old school bathing cap. And that brooch is gratuitous. If we're going to get nit-picky, so's the train. But the color and ruffles are fab.

Olivia Wilde.

Nicolette Sheridan.

Sandra Oh.

Heidi Klum. I'm on the fence with this one.

The Bad

Not only is Alyssa Milano virtually unrecognizable, everything from the fan shaped purse to the cheap-looking stripper heels is baaaad.

Update: So there's a reason Alyssa Milano was 'virtually unrecognizable' at the Emmys. It wasn't her. Blame E! Live From the Red Carpet for this one. That's the source of the mix up. Apparently the chick with the fan purse is Christina de Rossi. (Yeah, I don't know who that is either.)

Phoebe Price. I'm not sure which is worse, the dress or the luau-inspired headband thing?

Jenna Fischer's dress is almost cute, but it does bad things to her figure; namely her waist. Where'd it go?

Eva Longoria's Marchesa dress: part flapper, part present. All fug.

As much as I her, America Ferrera's dress is just fabric for days.

So is Debra Messing's.

Rachel Zoe must have been having an off day or something.

Lost's Elizabeth Mitchell could go swimming with sharks in this dress.

The Boring

Tina Fey.

There was all kinds of hype leading up to what Lauren Conrad was going to design and wear to the Emmys.

This is the 'big reveal?!'
