Barack Obama Clinches Democratic Nomination
The Associated Press is reporting that Sen. Barack Obama, 46, effectively clinched the Democratic presidential nomination on Tuesday.
Surprise. Surprise.
He's the first African American ever to lead his party into a fall campaign for the White House.
Come fall, he'll go head-to-head with Republican nominee Sen. John McCain in the ultimate quest for power.
You put up a good fight Sen. Hillary Clinton. It has been time to concede for a while. (I should clarify, she hasn't conceded yet).
And that's as far as I go. I keep my political opinions to myself.
