The doc over at AwfulPlasticSurgery.com wants you to know he thinks Ali Lohan, 14, has had her lips artificially plumped.
However, he doesn't say what exactly he thinks she's had done. Restylane? Collegen? Oh keeper of esoteric plastic surgery knowledge, what's going on inside of her pout?
What he does say: "[Lohan] is being groomed to be a prostitute " (nice and genial) and it's "just plain wrong."

P.S. Just to inject a little balance into this posting, the difference could be attributed to DuWop's Lip Venom or some other topical lip plumper.
That said, Dr. Awful Plastic Surgery could be right.

Yeah she's got a lot of different new funky things going on with her face.
I can't quite put my finger on it. All right enough. I can't believe I'm dissecting a 14-year-old girl's face.
she got a nose ob and blue colored contacts for her eyes. and she either grew 5 bra sizes overnight, or she did something to her breasts too, whether it be just stuffing her bra of actual implants. leave it to dina lohan to find a doctor who would do it. i say Ali's boobs are as fake as Lindsay's silicone boobs.
the poor girl is only 14... that's about the time when your body changes for those of you who seem to have forgotten. or maybe you never reached puberty?
boobs come along between 14-18 for most girls

maybe its adolescence/puberty!!! why would a 14 year old get plastic surgery?!?!?!
I like some of her music, she's not all that.
But come on dont be ridiculous.
It's called lip gloss .
It plumps your lips.
And her nose , makeup can allow you to do just about anything .
There she is, looking lovely, with a normal lower lip and a decidedly thin upper lip. No plumping lipstick, no injectibles. Just natural elegance.
