Maybe Brooke Hogan Should Go to Jail

After all she did take the time to get gussied up like a jailbird; and pose for this fake mugshot. (For the record, yes, that's what all inmates look like.)She's also using this little beauty as the default pic on her Myspace page. And I don't know why. (I mean other than the fact that that she's an idiot. Case in point.)

This one's not a fake mugshot so much as it is a really good Lolcat impersonation (incatination?).

Her brother Nick Hogan, 18, is currently serving eight months in a Florida County Jail on reckless driving charges, stemming from an accident that left his passenger in a permanent vegetative state. And if Brooke Hogan would "RaThr B wiTh her "BrOthR,"uhh, what's stopping her? They can be all insensitive together, bounce off ideas for stupid reality shows, bitch about the conditions of the cell and see who can (inadvertently) make the most sexist remarks. (Which brings me back to this.)

After much bitching and moaning, wrestler Hulk Hogan's son, Nick Bollea, 17, was transferred out of solitary confinement, and into a cell with three other juveniles. [People]

Authorities said the move was the "result of routine and ongoing assessments of inmate population and classification," and not because of said "bitching and moaning."

Hulk Hogan's Son Sues Over Jail-House Tapes

"Nick Bollea, 17, is suing a Florida sheirff's department for releasing tapes of his jail-house conversations with his mother and wrestler father Hulk Hogan, attorneys said Tuesday.

"The suit alleges that the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office violated Bollea's privacy rights and seeks to stop the sheriff from releasing further tapes.

'Nick only asks that he be treated no differently than the other inmates at the Pinellas County Jail,' says Bollea attorney Morris "Sandy" Weinberg." [People]

Let's rehash the controversial tapes for old time's sake. It'll remind us of the real reason he's suing.

The following transcript was reportedly taken from the 26 hours of audio released from Bollea's jail-house phone calls. The "negative person" being referred to is John Graziano, the passenger who was critically injured in the reckless driving accident Bollea is serving time for. Due to the crash, Graziano is expected to remain in a vegetative state for the rest of his life.

Hulk: "Well, I don't know what type of person John was. Or what he did to get himself in this situation. I know he was pretty aggressive and yelled at people and do stuff. And for some reason God laid some heavy shit on that kid. I don't know what he was into."

Nick: "He was a negative person.

Hulk: "He was what?"

Nick: "He was a negative person. Will you work on that Real-Ality deal?"

Hulk: "Yep"

Nick: "Get that lined up so the minute I walk out...wherever I walk out of it's there...boom."

Hulk: "Can you do it while you're on probation?"

Nick: "Of course."

Hulk: "Do you want to do it with Pink Sneakers or someone else?"

Nick: "I want to do it where I'll make the most money."

I'm not saying it's right that the tapes were released. It's wrong. But Bollea's Bitchassness overshadows the injustice; and it's clearly making him a target.

Kelsey Grammer is in the hospital after suffering a mild heart attack.

The 53-year-old Frasier star is "resting comfortably" and is expected to be released early this week, his rep says in a statement.

"Grammer experienced symptoms Saturday morning after paddle boarding with his wife Camille at their Hawaiian home," the statement says. "Grammer was immediately taken to an area hospital where it was determined that he had a mild heart attack." [People]

Maybe he should chill. All that sitcom stuff he's been going through lately has me stressed out for him.

Boo hoo. Hulk Hogan's son Nick Bollea, 17, wants out of solitary confinement. The teen was sentenced to eight months in a Florida jail a few weeks ago for felony reckless driving.

Bollea reportedly spends 16-to-17 hours a day by himself; and receives his meals through a slot in the door, which his attorney says "substantially amounts to cruel and unusual punishment for a juvenile and is not warranted for a non-violent first offender serving a probation sentence." Sorry Bollea there's nothing cruel or unusual about it. That's jail! Go figure.

What is cruel is the way you've been talking about your "friend" who you left in a vegetative state, and almost killed. My stomach felt weird when I read that shit. What's wrong with these people?!

His attorneys are now seeking a transfer to monitored home confinement or the minimum-security area.

To be fair, the stupid Extra reporter did ask, "If Miley Cyrus were three years older, would you have her pose for Playboy?" Talk about a loaded question.
