Whoa, Drunken Stepfather is right. Patricia Heaton, the Everybody Loves Raymond and Back to You sitcom star, doesn't have a belly button.
There's a trace of something on her stomach that kind of resembles a navel, but it's barely detectable. Heaton has admitted to having work done in the past. Perhaps she had that bad-boy lipo-ed right off.
