Kanye West was arrested for vandalism at LAX on Thursday after he allegedly "smashed" a photog's camera.A TMZ video cameraman, who was also on the scene, reports that when West, 31, noticed he was being photographed [inside of the airport], he "rushed the photog and grabbed his camera...threw it to the ground, breaking it into pieces."
The TMZ cameraman, who was taping the events, says he was then approached by the bodyguard, who "grabbed [his] camera, ripped off the mic and viewfinder and smashed it to the ground."
Of course, the paparazzo caught the whole thing on tape.
I don't know, what with security risks and all, should the paps be allowed to cause this kind of drama inside a freaking airport (on of all days Sept. 11)?! I mean this shit wouldn't have happened if they just let him catch is flight. Besides, who wants to see pictures of Kanye waiting in line to check his bags?!
