Today Around the Blogosphere...

IMDb has added a feature that allows you to watch a selection of movies and television shows...for free. Its parent company Amazon.com announced the news today, according to LAT.

I checked it out and the video quality is actually good (i.e. un-YouTube-like); and they're relatively commercial-free!

At present, you can watch the entire fourth season of the original 90210. And if that's not your bag, there are episodes from scores of classic TV shows to choose from, including Mary Tyler Moore () , The Partridge Family, Bewitched, Charlie's Angels and even Dynasty.

Certain contemporary shows are available for viewing too; shows like The Office, Arrested Development, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Heroes, and Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader? (ha!). No Frasier, Seinfeld or Gossip Girl, though.

And then there's movies.

P.S. I forgot how hot Brandon and Dylan were in 90210 (1.0). There's no way the new series's as good (not that I've seen it or anything).

Ellen DeGeneres is the new face of CoverGirl. The talk show host divulged the news to an Ellen DeGeneres Show audience, during an episode to air on Tuesday (today).

DeGeneres, 50, will begin shooting a CoverGirl commercial soon; and it's expected to debut in January.
