I actually kinda like Solange Knowles (gasp!). Her latest single--"I Decided"--and music video are, surprisingly, dope. She doesn't lip-sync. And you have to give it to her, Knowles, 22, was freaking smooth when an overexcited fan hopped on stage during her performance at the Stone Soul Picnic festival (?) last weekend.
