An escort service used an unauthorized photo of Actress Brenda Song, 20, who stars in Disney's The Suite Life of Zack and Cody.The ad ran in the back of this week's LA Weekly. And Disney lawyers are--rightfully--pissed about it.
A Disney rep told TMZ, ""this is an unauthorized use of Brenda Song's image and her personal attorney has issued a cease and desist to the advertiser."
Even more offensive, though, is the ad's flagrant typo. "Hawaiin beauty. Come get lei'd."
So classy.
