Food Network sensation Paula Deen is getting her own syndicated talk show beginning in September 2009.
She should. She has a fun personality. And her recipes are bomb; exorbitant amounts of butter and all.
A blogger over at In Her Words was lucky enough to attend the Metropolitan Cooking and Entertainment Show in Atlanta, Ga. over the weekend, where Deen disclosed the news.

Because it's still in its early stages of development, exact details, regarding the show, are sketchy. According to TelevisionWeek, it will be produced by Time Warner unit Telepictures.
Dr. Mahmet Oz--of The Oprah Winfrey Show-- and (ugh!) Marie Osmond are two other prominent personalities getting their own syndicated shows in 2009.
